At Pasteur Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and grooming purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our New York warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
